Current Available BCLC Lending Rates

• 3.25% - Current BCLC annual adjustment rate. At the annual anniversary date, the rate will be set at Wall Street Journal Prime Rate with a floor of 3.25%.  The rate will not increase more than 150 basis points at any anniversary date or more than 500 basis points over the life of the loan.*
• 4.25% - Current BCLC five-year fixed rate. After sixty months, the rate will be set at the current BCLC annual adjustment rate available at that time.

*Please note, these rates are not available for refinancing existing BCLC loans.
