• The BCLC makes loans for new construction, remodeling, parking, land, or bank debt refinancing.
• Adjustable and fixed rate term loans are available with amortization periods up to 15 years. See Loan Qualifications.

Bruce Bowles New Church Loan Program

• BCLC established this program to assist new churches by allowing a higher loan-to-value percentage and a reduced loan rate. See Loan Qualifications

Small Church Loan Program

BCLC Capital Stewardship Pledge (CSP) Loan Program
