The church must submit a completed BCLC loan application and be cooperating with both their local Baptist association and their state Baptist convention.

Rate:

We provide to qualifying applicants an annually adjusting rate of Wall Street Journal Prime with a floor of 4%.

In order to get started with the loan approval process, your church needs to fill out a BCLC loan application. After the receipt of a completed application, a representative of the BCLC will contact your church.
